Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
If you ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement such as an e-mail or a letter sent by post. You may use the attached cancellation form but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. As our returns warehouse is located outside the European Union, these costs may be considerably higher than for a return within Ireland, depending on the weight, size and chosen shipping method. Please ask us for the estimated costs before returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of, or decision by, the consumer, to contracts for the supply of goods that are clearly personalised, or to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Voluntary right of return in addition to the right to cancel
Independently of your statutory right to cancel, we voluntarily grant you a right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. The conditions of this voluntary right of return can be found in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Your statutory right to cancel remains unaffected and is neither restricted nor replaced by the voluntary right of return.
